Why It Matters

DIA Is Not a Standard Airport Pickup

Denver International Airport is one of the largest airports in the world — 53 square miles, three concourses, and a terminal designed for able-bodied travelers. For wheelchair users, stretcher patients, and medically fragile passengers, navigating DIA requires a driver who knows the accessible routes, the right drop-off zones, and how to coordinate with airline special assistance teams.

Standard rideshare drivers and taxi services are not trained for medical passengers. Our drivers are trained in passenger assistance, safe wheelchair securement, and the specific accessible procedures at DIA's Jeppesen Terminal and all three concourses.

  • We know the accessible drop-off zones on Level 5 (departures) and Level 4 (arrivals)
  • We coordinate with airline special assistance teams for wheelchair check-in
  • We track your flight and adjust pickup time for delays — no extra charge
  • We wait at the terminal if you need extra time at check-in
  • We handle power wheelchairs, manual chairs, and stretchers
  • We serve all cities within 150 miles of DIA — including Cheyenne, WY and Colorado Springs
